- Minimum aggregate value per order: US$ 10,000
- Minimum aggregate value per stock order: US$ 1,000
- Minimum order per design: 50 pieces At least 50 pieces for the same selected stone.
- We accept an initial trial order of US$200 in order to allow customers to confirm our quality.

- 30% deposit upon placement of order and with the balance payable before shipment.
- Payment will be made via wire transfer to our bank account.
- The customer is responsible for all bank transaction fees. - Please notify us after making the transfer.
Delivery Lead Time : 45-50 days after receipt of the deposit (by estimate).

- Returns will only be accepted if defective as a result of our production process.
- Clients must notify us within 15 days of receiving their order if they wish to return the goods otherwise we cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage.
- Once the return has been approved by us the client is authorized to ship the original goods back to us.
- Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
